Sales Tax is applicable to all orders within the state of Connecticut. All shipped orders will not incur sales tax.
Customers who have made a purchase have a choice to pick up the item(s) at our studio instead of having it shipped. Please note that items to be picked up at the studio will be subjected to CT State Sales Tax which must be collected at time of pickup if not included on the invoice. Studio hours are limited and appointments must be made in advance. Please contact info@iseira.com to confirm an appointment time.
The security of your personal information is exceptionally important to us. Your order will be processed via a secure server and the personal information you submit to us will be completely protected.
i seira is committed to providing reliable, quality and trustworthy expertise with every purchase of jewelry. At the discretion of i seira, a piece will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturer defects are found in the first six (6) months from the date of your purchase. This applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear, physical abuse, misuse, and negligence.
To request a repair, please contact us at info@iseira.com before returning the item. Once a repair is authorized, further instructions will be emailed to you. Repair costs and times may vary for damages caused by an accident on the customer’s part.
