Commerce has this relentless pull toward the new…new drop, new season, new content…I find myself increasingly resistant to it. Forcing lightning to strike for the sake of novelty will not yield my best work…I know this from experience. It is antithetical to my creative brain…
What is new? Iterations of i seira's sculptural drops. When I created them, I loved the form, I loved the scale and the sense of movement. They felt complete to me. Upon consideration, I added a pavé version, then one with inset diamonds. Same earring, just articulated a little differently, revisited with care.
